Our logistics team is ready to assist customers on issues of return of equipment in accordance with the terms of sale. This is done through an RMA (Return of Material Authorization) procedure.

Telecom Easy offers electronic invoicing. You can register for this and in the future will get your invoice via email in PDF format.

At Telecom Easy, you can either pay by invoice or very conveniently by credit card. Select your preferred method of payment during registration.
